From our signature Annual Dinner, where we reflect on lives changed and cast vision for the future, to our beloved Baby Bottle Campaign, which invites families, churches, and businesses to participate in life-affirming generosity, every event plays a vital role in supporting women and families in our community.

Our festive Jingle & Bid Auction blends creativity, community, and generosity, offering a fun and impactful way to give while supporting local businesses and meaningful programs. And as we step into a new season of growth, we are excited to introduce our Ambassadors Program—a dynamic initiative designed to equip passionate advocates to help share our story, expand awareness, and deepen community connections.

Annual Dinner

Join us for an inspiring and meaningful evening at the Vitality Women’s Clinic Annual Dinner on Friday, April 10, 2026, at Lewis & Clark Community College in the Commons Building. This special gathering is an opportunity to come together as a community to celebrate life, reflect on lives impacted, and look ahead to the future of life-affirming care in our region. Throughout the evening, guests will hear powerful stories of hope, transformation, and the vital work being done to support women, babies, and families through Vitality Women’s Clinic.

Doors open at 5:30pm. The evening begins at 6:00 PM, features a delicious dinner catered by Bella Milano, and offers time for connection, inspiration, and purpose. Business casual attire is encouraged. Guests are invited to participate as sponsors, table hosts, or attendees, helping advance our mission and expand our impact throughout the coming year. The event will end promptly at 7:30 with time to network and connect after the program.

This signature fundraising event helps raise a significant portion of our annual operating budget, allowing us to offer compassionate medical services, education, and support to women and families at no cost. Every gift given through this evening directly impacts lives.

Why host the dinner?

Sponsorships help cover the essential costs of hosting the event, allowing the remaining funds to be directed toward our ongoing mission. We are intentional stewards of every dollar & work diligently to keep event expenses as low as possible.

Where does Sponsor money go?

Sponsoring the dinner demonstrates a commitment to fostering a culture of life while directly supporting women, babies, and families in our community. Sponsors receive meaningful visibility among community leaders & supporters & align with a trusted, life-affirming ministry making a lasting local impact.

Why should we sponsor?

A table host helps fill a table of 8–10 guests (including yourself and your spouse) and invites others to attend this free-ticket event. This year, we are especially encouraging hosts to invite new guests who are faith-focused, life-minded, and interested in supporting the mission of Vitality Women’s Clinic.

The Baby Bottle Campaign is a simple yet powerful way to support the life-affirming mission of Vitality Women’s Clinic. By filling a baby bottle with spare change, cash, or checks—or by giving online—you help provide free, compassionate medical care, education, and support to women and families in our community.

How It Works
• Pick up a baby bottle at your church, workplace, or one of our events
• Fill it with coins, bills, or checks
• Return the bottle by the designated date
• Celebrate the impact—every gift makes a difference!

What Is the Baby Bottle Campaign?

Can’t pick up a bottle? No problem. Online giving is available, making it easy to participate wherever you are.

Together, small acts of generosity create lasting hope for women, babies, and families.

The Baby Bottle Campaign is an easy and engaging way for your church, business, or group to support the mission of Vitality Women’s Clinic. We provide everything you need—including baby bottles, promotional materials, and a simple step-by-step guide—to make participation seamless and impactful.

Participants receive a bottle to fill with coins, cash, or checks and return it at the end of the campaign. Once collected, we count the donations and share the total raised with your group. This campaign consistently provides meaningful support for the women, babies, and families we serve—proving that small acts of generosity can make a big difference.

New Kick-Off Video

Set Up

Select the official launch date for your Baby Bottle Campaign. Many churches choose to begin on Mother’s Day and collect the bottles on Father’s Day; however, your church may select dates that best fit your schedule. A campaign timeline of approximately five weeks is recommended to allow families ample time to participate and pray intentionally throughout the campaign.

Plan

Share an early announcement with your congregation to prepare their hearts for the campaign. We encourage showing our kickoff video during the service the Sunday before bottle distribution to help introduce the mission and purpose.

Distribute

Distribute the baby bottles and share these simple steps with your congregation: take a bottle home and place it in a visible location as a reminder. Fill the bottle with spare change, cash, or checks—or choose to give online. Throughout the campaign, we encourage families to pray for the women, families, and lives that will be impacted through this ministry.

Return

Please return both filled and empty baby bottles to your church on the designated collection date. Even returning an empty bottle makes a difference—each returned bottle helps support the ministry, equivalent to a $1.50 donation.

Pick-Up

A member of our team is happy to coordinate pickup of both filled and empty baby bottles at the conclusion of your campaign. Once the bottles are collected and counted, Vitality Women’s Clinic will provide your church with a summary report detailing the total amount raised.

Participation
